Each Type gets its own numbering: Ideas are I-1, I-2…, Tasks T-1…, Partners P-1…. Click the item number in any row to change its Type; it gets renumbered and nothing is lost.
The Type decides the choices you get: all three have Category and Follow-up, each with its own option list, while Format is for Ideas only. A dash means that field doesn't apply to that Type.
Every dropdown works straight from this list — click any pill to change it without opening the item. Click the item name to open the detail page, where the title, description, notes and updates are all click-to-edit.
Use Turn on auto-save in the toolbar to point this at your Travel Snacks Tracker folder. Every change then writes to a file on your Mac, so clearing your browser costs you nothing. Partner items also go to a separate archive that is never pruned.
Your data lives in this browser only. Use Export backup regularly, and Manage lists to change the dropdown options.
