Each Type gets its own numbering: Ideas are I-1, I-2…, Actions A-1…, Tasks T-1…, Partners P-1…. Click the item number in any row to change its Type; it gets renumbered and nothing is lost.
Actions are the YouTube business jobs, Tasks are personal ones. Use the round T / A / I / P buttons in the toolbar to jump straight to one list and All to see everything. Open and Closed separate active work from completed work. Ideas marked Archived move to the separate Archived page, where they can be restored or duplicated.
The Type decides the choices you get: all four have Category and Follow-up, each with its own option list, while Format is for Ideas only. A dash means that field doesn't apply to that Type.
New Ideas automatically appear in Title Workshop. Copy the queue into Codex, develop the packaging together, then lock the approved title. The tracker preserves the raw idea in Description and moves the item to In Progress.
Every dropdown works straight from this list — click any pill to change it without opening the item. Click the item name to open the detail page, where the title, description, notes and updates are all click-to-edit.
Use Turn on auto-save in the toolbar to point this at your Travel Snacks Tracker folder. Every change then writes to a file on your Mac, so clearing your browser costs you nothing. Partner items also go to a separate archive that is never pruned.
Your data lives in this browser only. Use Export backup regularly, and Manage lists to change the dropdown options.
